- You must notify us of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful activities.
- Do not upload malicious content or attempt to bypass platform security controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in ways that degrade service integrity.
5. Assessment and Proctoring Rules
For candidate exam flows, additional integrity controls apply:
- Camera visibility, fullscreen behavior, and tab-switch controls may be enforced.
- Violation signals can affect trust scores and exam validity outcomes.
- Repeated or severe violations may lead to disqualification or invalidation.
6. AI-Assisted Results
intHR uses automated processing to support extraction, scoring, and ranking. Results are decision-support outputs and should be reviewed with human judgment before making final hiring decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, software, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service only within the scope of granted access and lawful purpose.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, legal risk, or security incidents. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion where applicable.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under applicable mandatory law rules in your jurisdiction and any additional governing law specified in your commercial agreement with us.
